Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be blocked from future bookings. • If you’re running late, please contact me. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on my schedule. Life happens, and I understand — communication is key! Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Mobile Service Fee Policy: A mobile service fee of 20% of your total service cost applies to appointments located more than 5 miles from my location. This fee is separate from your service total.
